"The swan urn I bought for my church is fantastic. The size is perfect, fitting beautifully on the worktop under the overhead cupboards amount of cups it holds is just right and the facility to keep hot and then reboil when necessary is perfect. The price too was very reasonable.
I would certainly recommend it as a good product to buy.
