What is the bioling time for burco116634
From cold, full unit takes around 45 minutes.
Do any of the tea urns have a sight tube water level indicator?
We could recommend the Swan 8L which has a visible water level indicator. Please see product code 226038.
We live in an extremely hard water area. Our existing tea urn has a very narrow diameter pipe serving the delivery tap, and it is continually furring up, rendering the urn useless. Do you have a tea urn with a wider diameter pipe that can cope with this p
This unit has a large tap in comparison to the majority of our urns that are available. If I was to recommend one for hard water areas then it would be the Burco Cygnet.
Can you Post to a BFPO address?
We do send to BFPO addresses however you will have to check on the receiving BFPO address as some do not except courier parcels or have a restriction on larger parcels.
Would you ba able to offer a extended warranty ? if so how much would this cost? .
Extended warranty is not availble to purchase on this item.

The cable length is approx 1 metre.
Can you use this urn to heat milk?
This urn is designed to heat water. Heating other liquids would invalidate the warranty.

The lowest setting would be approximately 37 degrees Celsius.

The temperature on this product will range between 37 degrees Celsius to 99 degrees Celsius.
Would I be able to get a fairly large teapot under the tap on this urn. Thanks
The height of the tap is approximately 115mm and is designed to fit a standard tea/coffee cup under. You may struggle to completely fill a large teapot.
