The only product I found in this colour and size that fitted my requirements. Now installed and looks good. I would have liked an additional towel rail in front of the main radiator for a small hand towel, but I was glad to find the width of radiator that I needed.

The product was delivered ahead of the advertised times and I appreciated getting the phone call to give me the delivery day (window 7-10 days). The hours given were "between 8 and 5" and it was delivered late afternoon as the delivery service delivered to businesses first and private addresses last "because they are the ones who aren't in, so we have to keep taking it off and putting it back on the lorry to make other deliveries".

Your delivery was excellent but it our client changed his mind re the finish. So I ordered the replacemnt which like the original was delivered promptly. I called re the return and refund on the original and was dealt with by a chap called David. He was most helpful as regards a return number, refund ,etc.--- And to put the icing on the cake he then arranged the uplift of the radiator being returned and at a very reasonable price. I had another occassion to speak to a male member of your staff and he was more than helpful, unfortuneately, Idid not get his name. I do not know who runs your Customer Care classes but they are working perfectly.
