I just wanted to say "Thank You" for the great service i've received from your company, i bought a bin off of your Ebay shop and unfortunately after a few months it went wrong. I rang the customer help line who then quickly dispatched a new bin lid to replace the faulty one.
A few weeks ago the same bin broke on a hinge where the lid is fixed, again i spoke to one of your help line team who informed me that the lid was out of stock and would take two weeks, chased this week and no show of a new lid so a new bin was dispatched straight away and it came yesterday - Fantastic.
Like i said at the start i felt that this level of service "In this day and age" most most unusual and very refreshing to see and warranted me to email you to let you know.
