I see this unit does not come with cable or plug. What type of cable & fuse rating are required and is the cable easy to fit to the unit? Also is there a thermostat? Thanks

The cable required is 2.5 twin earth and the fuse needed is a 3 amp. We would strongly advise to use a qualified electrician to fit any cable to the unit. There is no thermostat on this particular Tubular Heater.

Running cost per day

The running cost for the day would depend on how many hours the tubular heater is switched on. The running cost is approximately 0.45 of a penny per hour (based on your energy provider charging 10p per KwH).

Does this have a thermostat fitted?

No it does not

Can this be hung at high level as the one I looked at has to be low level

This can be fitted at a low or high level but must be fitted horizontal not vertical. Heat rises so usually fitted at a low level.
