Would this unit be suitable to supply hot water to one large bath?
No instant water heater would be suitable, as it burns the element due to the vast amount of water it would have to heat for a bath. A storage water heater that holds at least 100 litres would be required.

Is this unit suitable for use with mono-mixer type tap fittings?
You can use a mono-mixer tap with this water heater. However, if the tap is a thermostatically controlled tap, you must set the temperature above 50 degrees C. If it is a normal pressure tested tap, this temperature setting does not apply.

This water heater requires a mains cold water supply to operate, requiring a minimum of 1 bar of water pressure.
