The dimensions are Height 360mm x Width 360mm x Depth 300mm. The units takes 18-20 minutes to reach the maximum temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. The water heater does have a sacrificial anode.
Hi I'm supplying two basins one is 1mtr away and 1 is 4mtr away very rare usage would I only need the unit and no expansion vessel etc
If the basins are not being used at the same time then this unit will be fine for what you need. You do need to remember that the basin the furthest away will have to draw so much cold water off before it runs warm. An expansion vessel will be required if the unit is been fitted within 4.2 metres to the main water inlet.
Does this unit heat water in a small tank or directly as water passes through like an electric shower?
This water heater has a 15L tank.

No, this water heater would not be suitable for your requirements. The type of water heater needed for a shower and a sink are shown below, but you would have to check with a qualified electrician to see if your electricity circuit can cope with the supply needed:
