Worked perfectly after numerous uses, really pleased.
The only thing that would be helpful is if the tap was lower as you have to tilt the urn to get what's at the bottom, although not the end of the world

Exactly what is needed for small gatherings, does what it says on the description, and looks good on a worktop. It actually provided drinks for 50 people at our local carol singing, although it did need one refill!

Excellent for heating cider and making mulled wine. Really easy to clean and operate. I have two units which I sell cider and mulled wine from on my specialist cheese stall at markets and fairs. It is a great little revenue booster in colder months, would recommend to all. Thanks.

Would this unit work on electrical currents in the USA?
Unfortunately this product would not work on USA electrical currents. The product is manufactured for UK 220 - 240V and 50Hz.
How do you wash after use
You can wash out with clean water, and drain it out through the tap.
Did you ever have an issue with leaking?
We do not have any problems with this mulled wine urn. It is a very popular choice.
I was wondering which colour I would receive as the pictures show different combinations?
I would be hoping to get the cream bottom rather than silver, is this possible?

This product is stainless steel only. The colour on the base in one picture is the reflection from the surroundings.

It would take approximately 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the temperature you set on the thermostat.
Hi, I was considering buying it for my bar. I was wondering if the unused wine can be kept in it for a couple of days and reheat it when the shift begins or does it have to be cleaned every day? We may have busy days but also very slow ones. Thank you
Yes I see no reason why the wine can't be kept inside, as long as it is checked and the urn us turned off when not in use to avoid boil dry issues
