The storage capacity is 7L. This is how much the water heater will hold. The spout length is 300mm.

Hi Can this unit be filled be filled by decanting from a container ? I.E. Remove lid and pour in from the top?

No, this water heater cannot be used in this way. It has to be plumbed into the mains water supply.
