Frequently asked questions

what is the green dot for
The green dot indicates the area you need to position your hands, under the water heater, to activate the automatic release of warm water.
when the dial is turned fully on would the water be hot enough for domestic washing up please.
This would provide sufficient hot water for very light use, occasional dish washing only.
After being frozen and now thawed, when the pump is activated the water squirts out of a hole at the rear, to the right of the hot water outlet (looking from the front) what is the problem here ?
The cold water inlet is to the rear right hand side, so it sounds like damage has occurred when the water heater froze. We would advise you to contact a qualified plumber to see whether the damage is repairable.
