I love it! I had a previous model of this heat pad which did very good service for 12 years. I have a spinal problem and need the heat pad on my back at night, every night, in order to get any sleep. My original pad has finally given up the ghost so I bought a bew one. I thought the "old" one was good but this one is even better. It seems to be a bit more "padded" and is really comfortable. Thank you for easing my nights!

The Heat Pad seems to work well. One of our dogs has has 2 operations for criciate ligaments and is at risk of developing arthritis so the heat pad gives us the security of knowing he won't be cold and stiff even on chillier nights.

Excellent product, robust and safe but I put fitted cover over dogs basket so she couldn't scratch up as well as further fleece, gentle warmth came through provides gentle heat which is very useful on cold frosty nights. Also comforting for the dog and helped her settle happily in new home, especially when left alone as she had been used to company of other dog companion. Used after she was spayed too to lessen post op shock and chills. Well worth the money.

This mat does everything it should, have had it plugged in now for a month or so with no problems. Gives out a lovely hot warmth and my dog loves it. She was suspicious at first and made a nest around the edge of her bed, but now she knows it sooths her bad leg that had been broken. It comes with a plug that can be removed, ie not a moulded one. I have wired a trip plug/switch for peace of mind. Excellent product and would thouroughly recommend to anyone with a pet who needs warmth for arthritis etc: PERFECT!

I have bought 2 of these as presents. Both recipients are very impressed with it. It heats up very quickly and it eased their back pain considerably. The only bad thing I can say about it is that it would be better if it was portable, rather than have you "tied" to an electric socket. I like the fact that you can take the cover off to wash it. All in all, a good product that I would recommend.

The first time I bought one, it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Unfortunately, I ordered the 2nd one just as the really bad weather hit the UK, delaying the delivery by a week. However, I fully understand that this was outside of HSD's control.
