Are the feet flat or just with casters could I buy different feet
This comes supplied with feet they have casters on the bottom. We would not advise using different feet than what is already supplied.

How does the wheels fit
The feet screw to the bottom of the heater.
The wall l want to hang this heater on has a light switch above it to the left .What would the clearance have to be. also what is the nearest clearance at the side for a kitchen unit.

The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet. A clearance is required 300mm above and below and 150mm on both sides.

I thought I saw written somewhere that there would be a video on how to program these heaters, is it live yet?
I've tried setting them a couple of times but they don't seem to come on when I think I've set them.
The flashing bars, is it the top or bottom row that denotes when they will come on?

To program your heaters to your exact requirements then you will need to use program P3.
Then decide the on your temperature either Comfort or Eco for every hour of each day for the week. If you do not want the heater to come on then use the frost mode. If you have any further issues please call us on 0800 091 31 71.

The Heaters weigh between 7 to 15kg and would need the correct support and clearance.
Is there a frost protection setti g that kicks in automatically at a specified minimum temperature?
The Anti-Frost mode works at the setting of 7c. This cannot be changed. If the timer is set on the Anti-Frost mode it will come on if the temperature drops to 7c.

How quickly do the ceramic core heaters heat up? Do they have a metal 'wire' inside them (like the Beldray ones) so they are quick? Do they have a thermostat on them so one can fix the heat one wants it to stop at?

Hi. I would like to locate mylek ceramic heater panel 1.5 Kw on the bathroom wall the clearance each side is 300 mm minimum and a recessed window above. The clearance to the floor below the heater would 200 mm is this ok. I guess so because if the heater was on feet then it would be closer than 200 mm to the floor (Tiled). I’m asking the question because on the question and answer section it did say 300 mm clearance from the bottom..

They come with a 3 pin plug but you can wire them into a spur if you want to.

It will make a bleep when plugged into the electrics. The display panel lights up when the standby button is pressed it will stay on to be programmed. If the buttons are pressed the display lights up.

Please can you measure the length and the width of your room in metres and then multiply them together to get the m2 per room. Each kw heater will cover a different roomsize.

My heater is programmed to P1 various times through the 24hr period. Can I put the heater at any other time or must I go in and reprogram P1?
No, P1 and P2 are pre-programmed but P3 can be changed to your daily requirements 24/7.
