It's a great looking very modern radiator. Easy to put on your WiFi which enables you to control it from anywhere. Pop it on using the WiFi before you arrive home It's not as hot as I was expecting maybe the 2kw would have been better.

It is easy to turn on and off remotely, but sometimes if you have it set on a program, the program does not work, for instance, we had it set to come on at night, and it does not come on.

This model comes with a aluminium heating element.

How long a cable does the radiator come with?

The lead length is approximately 58" 1.45m and comes out the right-hand side when looking at the heater.

Can I plug in this radiator to a normal wall socket?

The heater is supplied with a UK 13amp 3 pin plug

Hi we need two wi fi controlled heaters for each bedroom. I’m concerned about the blue light on the front or top. Can this be turned off? I don’t want the light to disturb people whilst they are sleeping.

Yes, you would need to program each heater via the Tuya App so they can be controlled via your mobile. The maximum it can control is around 30.

Hi how many elements does it have and are they oil filled?

This model comes with an aluminum heating element. They are not oil-filled.

Is there a way to mute the beep when it is switched on and off and the temperature is changed as this is going in a child’s room at night.

No, you are unable to stop the beep when iy is switched on and off but you can use the time and activate the child lock so the temperature will not be changed.

What is the weight of the 1kw and 1.5kw units please?

The 1kw model weighs 5.1kg and the 1.5kw weighs 6.4kg.

Is it safe to be plugged into a multi block or extension leadas we don’t have a plug socket close enough for the cable to reach? Thanks

No, they are not recommended to be used with extension leads.

Does this have an internal fuse and is it easy to change if so?

No, Any internal parts are not suitable to be used with external controls.

Can this radiator be installed behind sofas?

The minimum clearance required is 30cm (300mm) to all sides of the heater. The sofa may block the heat circulating the room.

Hi I am interested in WiFi heaters, either these or similar and wondering on how the portal/interface works. Is it possible to link multiple heaters to one account and separate the heaters into different groups? Ultimately we would be looking to upgrade existing heaters in our compound cabins and would like to know if they could be centrally controlled. Is there an audible click every time the heating element turns on and off during heating? Cheap panel heaters do that and it's really annoying.

All heaters will make a noise when heating up and cooling down.

Hi, I have these heaters in my holiday let and control them on a timer via my Tuya app. How can I lock the controls on the heater to stop my guests from turning the heating right up to maximum like they keep doing at the moment. I want it so they can not adjust the settings or temperature at all. Thank you in advance Katie

Unfortunately, you are unable to lock the controls to stop people from adjusting the temperature on the heaters. You can control it from your mobile and adjust the temperature.

Can this be hard wired into the wall or does it have to be plugged in?

It can be hard-wired by a qualified electrical or used with the 3-pin plug.

Does the app allow for multiple heaters to be control in 6 different locations. ie 6 flats in the same block but want to be able to control 3 heaters in each individual flat .

Yes, you will need to connect each heater to the Tuya App and give them different names or numbers to control them.

Panel Heaters do not have an EPC rating these are Lot 20 compliant. It is kitchen appliances, TV etc that have EPC ratings.

Lot 20 heaters have an accurate thermostat, Eco setting, 24/7 timer, and also open window detection. They are energy efficient.

Yes, if you are still using the same router. It will be controllable with the Tuya App on your mobile.

Does this heat by air convection or does the unit itself heat up like a "normal" gas fired central heating radiator. I want a heater that will quickly warm a bathroom before use.

This models work by heating the air that passes over a bare, enclosed aluminium heating element. This warms a room by circulating hot air. The temperature ranges from 1 to 35c.
