Good quality heater installed in our bathroom, heats up quickly and maintains the heat required, mounting brackets included were perfect for the job although the instructions for how high from the floor were difficult to read as they were tiny !

These heaters are amazing replaced some old storage type radiators for a friend and her energy bill fell by just over a third. Just fitted one in the hall and one on the landing in my own home they provide cheap background heating so the gas central heating hardly ever kicks in.

We have a large airy, Victorian flat and bought these to supplement the gas heating during cold weather as gas becomes expensive and possibly in short supply. They air the space well and we’re pleased with them , except the control panel is a tricky beast !

I’m looking for a heater to put on for approximately an hour in the bedroom in a morning, that i can set at about 20. looking at the 2000kw . Would this be adequate.

Please turn it off for a few minutes then plug back in. Then press the back power switch and then the LCD control panel display then press + or - to get to your temperature required.

Hello I purchased one of your heaters a few weeks ago the 1500 kW I am pleased with its performance, I now want to move it down stairs at the back of my living room but flex won't reach plug socket, can I use a extention lead? The distance wouldn't be to far away.

I am having an issue with the "open window" function.. when I set the timer, unless I set the htemp to approx 30 degrees, it thinks there is a window open and it shuts off. Is there anyway of shutting this feature off as I don't want to set them that hot?

Yes, you can use the quick start function and set the temperature required. The cable is on the right the same side as the display panel. All heaters make a noise when heating the internal elements The fixing brackets position is not moveable. All heaters get warm to touch when in use.

Hi, I've been unable to programme the 24/7 timers on the heaters using the manual instructions. It doesn't work. Are there correct instructions available or a tutorial video showing how it should done?
Turn on the heater and then set the clock before choosing the mode required. Comfort, Eco or Anti-frost is available. Decide on the program you prefer P1, P2 or P3 that can be programmed to your exact requirements. We are looking into producing a step-by-step video.

Can you send a diagram on where to attach the feet, I can't see anything that takes the screws provided
Each screw bracket should come attached with two screws, the two brackets align up with the two holes at the bottom of the heater on each side, then simply secure to the heater.

Yes, the height and depth is the same on all sizes but the width changes with each different kw. This comes with a 3 pin plug the lead is approximatley1.5m.
