How to Use

Make sure water covers the jets
Add 500ml of solution per 1000L
Run the jets for 15-30 minutes before completely draining the water
System flush should be repeated every 3 months or whenever there is a water change

Hi - can I use this in a bucket if I set up and link pipe work to bypass pumping it through the whole hot tub. It’s the pump that is making a noise and no problem with the water

Does it work with cold water ?

Cold water can be used but warm water is more effective.

Will a high level of total dissolved solids reduce the efficiency of the product? I know high TDS reduces the efficiency of chlorine and sanitisers?

The product would not be affected by the total dissolved solids.

I’ve noticed black and mucus type bits are floating in my intex inflatable hot tub, from research I think it’s a build up of calcium etc. I’ve bought this and put a litre into the water in the hope that it will flush out the pipes but now I’m not sure I’ve bought the right thing? Helps!

This will flush out your pipes. An Algae remover may be also required.

You can empty your hot tub the slow way or with your submersible water pump.

Does the pro-klean system flush clean the bio-film build up?

It will kill the bio-film build up but you need to remove and clean the filter and skim the water.

Hi I have a log burning hot tub. I started getting what looks like mould in the water. Will this product be ok to clean the interior before I fill it up.

Please test the pH levels first. You may need to part empty and wash the hot tub. The system Flush will clean the pipe work.

They have not been tested on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Will this help with air locks, I as have tried all the other advice on air locks but no joy.

No, you would need to re-pressurise the hot tub. Please get in touch with the manufacturer of your Hot Tub.

What is the best water temperature to add this to for optimum effect.

It is more effective with warm water, but it also works with cold water.

The manufacturer advises 500ml product per 1000L water. The Jets will need to be covered and run for 15 to 30 minutes.

Can this be used in a lazy spa and does the water need to be drained after using this product

Empty your lazy spa and rinse it out with clean water. Do this every 3 months to ensure your lazy spa is always operating at peak performance.

Do I need to use both the hot tub complete flush and the cleaner in our holiday cottage whirlpool bath please? And does it kill legionella ?

Yes, the Complete Flush will clean the pipes and the filter cleaner will clean the filter. This contains a bactericide agent for sterilisation but has not been tested against legionella.

If stored out of direct sunlight the solution is suitable for approximately 36 months.

Yes, but this would depend on the amount of Biofilm in the lazy spa and will also work on your pipework.
