I purchased this heater recently (63cm size) and it's working well to keep temperature of an unheated porch just above 15 degrees on chilly nights with the thermostat set quite low.
My question is, during the day the porch gets very warm and the ambient temperature is way above the thermostat setting, shouldn't the unit switch off while it doesn't need to be generating heat?
The manufacturer confirms that the cut off temperature is 25 degrees.
