This is the third T65 I have bought in the last 12 years. The first gave excellent service for about 6 years before "packing up". The second was more disappointing only operated for 18 months before the transfomer packed up product was "written off". Hoping latest model has a better life closer to my first purchase. Delivery and ordering process good although I consider the packaging a little OTT, but appreciate that product is fragile.
