Residex powder seems to work well - we were getting overun with ants but Residex keeps the ants at bay and we've had no problems for 3 months.

We have discovered tiny mites within our kitchen, they are only 1mm in size and brown in colour and younger ones appear white. They have literally taken over :( a few questions:
Can dry store cupboard items be left (e.g. bottles of spices, plastic tubs with cereal be left or does everything need to come out before using an aerosol/smoke bomb? If I also get the spray is this safe left on cupboards and surfaces providing I then use a chopping board for food and what is the best way to remove the dead mites
If you have a small toddler and a dog we would recommend using the Protector C Super with the growth regulator or the smoke bombs.

Please dispose of any opened packets or food and put the unopened food into plastic container. Open the cupboards so that the smoke will circulate. Please on heat resistant tray or plate & light the fumer and leave the room for at least 3 hours. After 3 hours return to the room and ventilate area first before returning. You must also wipe down all areas that food is prepared on.

How long do you need to keep the powder in place before hoovering?
The powder needs to be down as long as possible for optimum performance. However, the Protector C spray will leave an invisible residue, which can last up to 6 weeks if left undisturbed. Hoovering the treated area will remove the effect of both products.

Please can you help we have an infestation for the second time of what I think are grain/flour mites .. cleaned for 6 hours today and they are all over cupboard doors again tonight .. please advise if you have products to eliminate .. it’s in larder cupboard that is between a tall fridge one side and tall freezer the other .. on all doors but not in fridge or freezer thank you

Is this powder effective on cluster flies
The Cluster Fly would have to come into contact with the powder for it to be effective. We would recommend the Fortefog Fumers or an Electric Fly Killer for a more successful treatment.
